Well, hears a "fun" situation. I just ended my spinal cord stimulator trial run on the 14th. While at the docs office to have the SCS removed the doctor stumbled across something that bothered him in my chart. He found a report from a doctor who thought that I may have another bulging disk. Well, this little surprise has caused some stress, which I think has added to my depression that I am dealing with at the moment. He tells me that if I do have a bulging disk that I will...

I had no luck finding one on my own.
He was a great relief, He actually said that He thinks the symptoms I am having are caused by ARC (what a relief to have someone acknowledge it), he performed an EMG to discount the first one that I had(where the DOc. said I was poisoned) and the results were consistent with ARC.
Also did some blood work to discount any Neuropathys, the test...

While I've had some degree of leg pain for a decade, it's DRAMATICALLY increased in the last few months. It's impossible to even describe the type of pain in my legs. Up until recently, the pain was normally sciatica like - felt like a giant was pinching my butt cheek and pain ran down the back of my leg to either my knee or foot.
ARACHNOIDITIS - WHAT IS IT?

Arachnoiditis is a condition characterized by chronic inflammation of the arachnoid mater, the middle of the three membranes, which cover the spinal cord and the brain. The membranes covering the nerve roots become thickened and scarred, this forms fibrous bands, which cannot be eradicated. Fibrocytes form causing the pia and dura mater to adhere to one another; filling the arachnoid space. In some cases, globules of oil based are frequently entangled in...
